R.L. is focused, insightful, patient and thoroughly committed to the mediation process;

Listens carefully to identify the key issues in dispute and the motivating interests of the mediating parties;

Asks the tough questions that help the parties and their attorneys to clarify and assess the strengths and weaknesses of their own positions; 

Facilitates communication that enables the parties to understand and to appreciate the positions and interests of the other side;

Is certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission to mediate Superior Court civil cases;

Is a member of the Dispute Resolution Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.
